EcoClean of Carolinas is a local, independently run and operated company. Our involvement in the community, our volunteer assistance supporting cancer patients, the services we provide to our clients and the hours of training each of our commercial professionals has undertaken makes us special. Each of our commercial cleaning professionals has been certified in the art of taking care of your facility. They have attended classes in maintaining your floors, wood furniture, carpets and upholstery, cleaning and disinfecting public restrooms and the proper use of chemicals. Our commercial cleaning professionals have also been trained to recognize allergens and mold, they not only clean green but they live green in their own homes as well. We offer environmentally safe green products that are all-natural, biodegradable and non-toxic, allowing us to clean your business without introducing harmful toxins into the air or the environment. Because we live and work in Charlotte, we have a vested interest in maintaining the ecological balance within our community.
Your ideal cleaning regimen depends on a variety of factors including the size of your office, the number of employees in the space on a daily basis and, of course, your budget. Our normal process is to have a team of two or more cleaning professionals clean your office one, three or five times per week. When you receive regularly scheduled cleaning services, you will have the same cleaning team each visit. You will become familiar with your cleaning professionals and they will become familiar with your facility and your cleaning preferences. If one of these options doesn’t work well for you, we can create a customized approach based on your company’s individual needs.
Yes. Our staff is fully insured and bonded, all employees undergo a thorough background screening and criminal check. We maintain insurance that covers all areas of our business, including general liability and product liability insurance. As an employer we maintain workers compensation and disability insurance for our employees in the event they are injured on the job or become unable to work due to medical reasons. We are also bonded which provides indemnity for employee theft, fraud or dishonesty. Together, these policies provide financial protection for our clients, our employees, and the general public.
Yes, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In delivering our services we strive to maintain the highest quality service at the greatest value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will return and re-clean any areas of concern free of charge.
Yes. We would like to meet with you for the first cleaning, so that you can be introduced to your cleaning professionals, show them around your office, and make them aware of any cleaning preferences or special requests you may have. During this meeting we will arrange to have access to your office for future visits, we will accommodate any arrangement that is convenient for you.
No. EcoClean of Carolinas will provide specialized tools and equipment, mops, cleaning cloths, vacuums and cleaning products designed to be used with the “green” cleaning process. We maintain strict guidelines to ensure that our processes, equipment and products meet various green cleaning certification standards.
No. We don’t believe in forcing a client to be “locked-in” with our company. We believe that we must earn the privilege to continue to service your facility. EcoClean of Carolinas will meet with you to review your desired cleaning plan and to tour the facility. We will then prepare a written proposal that will outline in detail what your expectations are of us on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning schedule. The proposal will be submitted to you via email. Once all parties agree, we will both sign the proposal which becomes our guideline on the services we will provide. Our agreements are designed to auto renew every six months. If you need to change or temporarily suspend your cleaning service for any reason, simply call us.
EcoClean has been rated the most economical cleaning service in Charlotte. We will work with you to design a cleaning plan and budget that is comfortable for you. The price of your cleaning will be based on the services you select, the size of your facility, and the frequency of service. Our customizable pricing system allows us to design a variety of cleaning options that will flex to virtually any budget. We bill each of our clients the first of the following month, an invoice will be emailed to you. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, check, debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). Other billing arrangements can be made in advance.
